5754 aluminum plate Heat treatment
- Homogenization annealing Heating
At 440 °C for 12 ~ 14 hours: Air Cooling.
2. Rapid annealing Heating
350 ~ 410 °C holding time 30 ~ 120 min air or water cooling.
3. High-temperature annealing
When the temperature is 350 ~ 420 °C and the thickness of the finished product is more than 6mm. The holding time is 2 ~ 10min.
When the thickness of the finished product is less than 6 mm, 10 ~ 30 min; air cooling.
