Heat treatment
Quenching, preheating at 790 ± 15 ℃, heating at 1000 ± 6 ℃ or 1010 ± 6 ℃, holding for 5 ~ 15min, air cooling and tempering at 550 ± 6 ℃.
Application
It is suitable for aluminum alloy mold casting. Tools and mandrels for hot extrusion and perforation. Mold forging hammer. Press forging mold, high-speed precision forging molds and plastic pressing molds. It can also be used for aircraft, rockets, Structural parts with temperatures between 400 and 500 °C.
