Description
7Mn15Cr2Al3V2WMo steel is a high Mo-V series non-magnetic steel. The steel can maintain stable austenite in various states. It has a very low permeability coefficient, high hardness, strength, and good wear resistance.

Features and Application
Machining is more difficult.
The high-temperature annealing process can change the particle size, shape and distribution of carbide thereby significantly improving the cutting performance of steel. The gas soft oxidation process is adopted to further improve the surface hardness of the steel and increase the wear resistance significantly increasing the service life of parts.
The steel is suitable for manufacturing non-magnetic molds, non-magnetic bearings, and structural parts that do not generate magnetic induction.
Since this steel also has high-temperature strength and hardness, it can also be used to manufacture hot work molds used below 700°C to 800°C.
